LexiaDaMa has always been my favorite, but I found one I like even a bit better, Roboto Slab. I love being able to change fonts to get the best reading experience for my crappy eyes.

Interesting. It's only very rarely for me. I'll still stick with kepubs for the (I think) faster page turns. Thanks for the font recommendations, I do like to try new ones...

The Bookerly isn't bad and can be added to the font directory in the root of the Kobo, if it isn't there you can create it yourself.
I use kepubs because the ghosting for some reason doesn't look that worse on it, and when you set the lineheight ok,there will be no lines..

My main problem with side-loaded fonts is not being able to configure the weight (though isn't there a patch for that?). Also I prefer fonts with close character spacing, and Amasi very much fits the bill in that respect. I wish there was a kerning option.
