With reluctance, I contacted CS and they are sending me a replacement Voyage. I didn't want to do it, but it does have three defects. That's not good for such an expensive device.
Pinhole in the light layer (more than 1, but 1 is most noticeable)
Often takes multiple touches on the lower right to turn pages
Rapid battery drain even after factory reset.
Hopefully I can salvage my skin. If not, that's $15 into the trash.
