I have worked with programs enough to know that it takes a lot of time to create a program, and it then takes most time years to get it to work correctly. As for me my PW2 works good enough now I am not really looking forward to this much of a upgrade the first few times around.
Just saying that if it takes all that long to figure out typesetting, then perhaps don't plaster it all over the walls and advertise it to sell your new hardware until it's ..........wait for it............ready (*cue dramatic music*). One doesn't need to be a programmer to have basic common sense.

People bought a new device under lure of new features, and are yet to get those new features. If you promise to humans and then under-deliver, they're bound to become impatient. The answer is to not promise until you're ready enough.
