Actually, that was calculated. I hadn't slept the night before, but fell asleep at 2:00 (in the afternoon) and slept until just after 9:00. So, that tea was my first of the "day." It worked out because I had an appointment to get some work done on the car first thing this morning. I spent the night doing some quiet work on my computer and got out to the mechanic on time.

I'll try to return to a more normal schedule tonight.

Right now, I'm having my second, and last, tea for the day. I am cutting back a bit on the caffeine, and also eliminated those occasional glasses of wine in the evening.
