It seems like the ebook credits have changed in how they can be used. I had $0.97 left from older credits and just bought a Harper Collins book. $0.97 was subtracted from the total as "Promotions", leaving $1.02 that went to my gift card. I still have $13.00 in digital credits that I'll have to look for books sold by Amazon.
