Another idea that came to my mind . . . . why not call Amazon's/Audible's customer service anytime that we need to know what audio goes with which ebook? In my experience, it doesn't take very long to get a real person there.
Alternately, we could use chat. Dittos on it not taking very long to connect with a real person. Email, of course, would be too slow.
This approach would have the added benefit--if lots of people would do it--to get Amazon/Audible to go back (thanks, koland) to giving us the information right on the webpages. Providing live customer support is expensive (that's the reason that it's hard to get stateside customer support from our computers' manufacturers, and why sometimes it takes many minutes of waiting to reach a rep), and if costs to Amazon/Audible were to mount up for it, they might make a favorable change in the information that they disclose.
