To the best of my knowledge I did not get a promotion. I created this account two or three weeks ago when I developed CC's driver. It is a personal free account.
At any rate, to test this and to try to figure out why you are seeing something different, I just created a new account using the following screen.
After creating the account, when I go to the page you showed I see the following:
I did not download the installer from there. Instead I downloaded it from the link I previously gave you. The following two screen captures show where I downloaded the installer. I did it after I created my account, without logging in to my account.
The following screen capture shows the account characteristics of what I have after installing Box Sync. It is definitely not a pro anything account.
