I'll add those to the list. So far we have the following suggestions to describe Krypos and similar publishers. All of these are wonderful suggestions, you are to be commended.
1. Premium Public Domain Publishers.
2. Weird Name Publishers.
3. Shovelbook, Shovelprint, or Shovelworks Publishers (with the suggester's preference, "Shovelworks," being duly noted).
4. Hope-you're-too-dumb-to-notice-it's-online-elsewhere-for-free Opportunistic Publishers.
