Son releases of Sigil came with Open Candy during Valloric's reign.
It was supposed to be a user Opt Out.
Funny,
I found OC remnants all over the Registry and filesystem even though I Opted out EVERY Time.
V dropped it. Said it was not worth it (grief) for the small $ it generated.
