How did that happen? It is running Linux, and should be safe. Did you take the card out? Or has only the user partition been infected? If so, a factory reset should solve it.

Which Touch do you have? There are three models. The N905, N905B and N905C. The model number is on the end of the device with the USB port. If it is an N905, we can't help. It does not have an internal SD card and we don't know a way to restore it.

For instructions, see Memory Upgrade Mod Guide. It is for the Glo, but the steps and tools are basically the same.
