1. If you select the Dictionary icon from the Mantano menu do you get the 'Dictionary search' pop-up?
2. If yes to 1, is Colordict one of the items in the Dictionary drop-down menu?

ETA: Just thought of something else. If you've only just downloaded Colordict have you opened it (directly from Android not via Mantano) and made sure you've downloaded one or more of the Colordict dictionaries from within the app?
If you have no joy with Colordict then my original instructions above should work equally well if you use 'Embedded:English' whereever I wrote 'Colordict'.
