I have a rooted (glownooter) SimpTouch Glow. I need to be able to sideload a older version of an app as the current version is crash happy (instant crash on starting it)

Nook Color Tools has Non-Market apps checked. When I try to install it I get a message saying Install Blocked, can only install from Nook Shop.

What setting am I missing to allow side loading of apps?
