Amazon has earned much good will over the years for great Customer service, so I don't think this sale hurts them long term. But what a blunder and missed opportunity. I checked through sale items several times for anything of interest and most of it was junk, properly described by some as a "garage sale". Still, I imagine they made lots of money and cleaned lots of stuff out of their "garage". :-)
