Can Calibre convert files in their original locations?

Howdy,

I know that I can import books into Calibre and then do a conversion of those files. Is there a way to point Calibre at a folder and have it convert all the files in that folder and subfolders?

I have a folder that has a bunch of subfolders with book series names. In those folders are a bunch of books that I need to convert.

All I want is Calibre to find the epubs, convert them to Mobis, and put the mobi files in the same folders as the epubs are currently. I don't want to have to bring them into the Calibre Library folder, convert them, and then figure out how to get them back into the same format they are in now.

Does that make sense? Is that possible?

Thanks.
