For preference, I'm looking for something handsfree (attached to the kindle in some way), that either has it's own internal batterypack (allowing me to plug it in and charge on it's own), or that can plug in and utilize the kindle's own power in some way. I definitely don't want to deal with watch batteries (expensive, and a constant drain on funds), and anything external that attached and used anything else would both create issues trying to find a functional charger, and dramatically alter the weight (even triple A's would unbalance the kindle.)
What options are available to me, and am I just barking in the dark wanting something that doesn't need an external set of batteries to constantly charge/replace? Are options drawing on the kindles own power even available? If not, what am I best off looking for?

Sell the 7th gen Kindle and buy a second hand PW1 or PW2. The lighting on one of those will be vastly better than any kind of external illumination.
