Updated: I will probably skip the pre-ordering because it requires 10 days advance notice. It is available for pre-order on Smashwords, Amazon and kobo. It will be live/released on Aug 3 at those retailers and also B&N and google.
It will be on sale for 2.99 for 3 to 5 days and then go to 4.99!
