Printing from Sigil?

I am just finishing up a book that I created in large part in Sigil, which means I don't have an underlying document to print out for copy-editing. What's the best way to accomplish this? I seem to remember doing this one time in Calibre; is that a reasonable way? I could also copy the Sigil book chapter by chapter and paste it into Word, which has the advantage that I can then apply 1.5 spacing, making it easier to spot errors.

Or is there a better alternative that I'm overlooking?

Thanks!
