COMMENTS: I don't know anything about the book other than the above. However, it gives me an opportunity to try out a tweaked template. Unfortunately, Mobileread apparently does not allow two blank spaces together; they would be nice to have after the semicolons to make things less crowded and, therefore, more aesthetically pleasing. If someone knows of a workaround, please let me know.
