I don't see why not a new Voyage by november. It would be over a year after the first Voyage.
PW was released on 2012, then PW2 by 2013, then the 4GB PW2 on 2014, and now PW3.
With the baseline kindles they have more or less the same frequency between releases.
They're very enthusiastic about yearly releasing new models/revisions of each line, which I believe it's fine since e-ink ereaders are on important evolution stages.

My greatest wish is that they could improve the frontlit tech, along with the rest of the device. Make the evenly distributed front light granted for the picky eye, and not just a matter of luck.
