Interesting, since either way the OS is performing a standard file copy...
How does drag-and-drop via the File Browser work out? What filesize does Explorer report for the book in calibre, ADE, and the ereader?
One potential problem I can guess at -- calibre's copy is corrupted, but the copy in ADE is still valid. Unless you copied from calibre to ADE and then to the ereader?
