Y'know, not to rain on your parade, but it's easier to take the source (assuming that there IS some, outside of a PDF, of course), and just "export to" or "save as" HTML and open the damned thing in a responsive browser, like "Web Developer" for Chrome, say, and show them what an abortion the damned thing looks like. That's the only thing I've found that works.

ALTHOUGH, if I had some extra time, Borking it would be fun. :-)
