Hmm, much less fun is that most of my apps won't launch. Doesn't really matter to me for the time being, but my stock is going to fall with a friend's kids who find my Fire a source of endless entertainment.
ETA: When I go to Manage My Content and Devices, most of my apps now show as incompatible with my Fire.
OK, the bad now outweighs the good!
