Oh Susan, what a disappointment to miss out on receiving the major prize after you'd won it!!
(What are the odds on winning the Major Prize, and then not being able to claim it? I'm not statistically inclined but I suspect that the odds are very high indeed!)
Forty-eight hours does seem a tad quick to have to respond; gee and I don't think that Kobo advise on their Contest Rules page that if you're a Grand Prize winner you've got only 48 hours to respond after being notified. Next Contest I'll have to check that out.
