I think it depends on the person. My mom has no problem with the lack of buttons, but I couldn't stand it. I would accidentally touch the screen, it turns the page or does something awkward. Just drove me nuts. I now have 3 Kindle Keyboards and those are my go-to readers. I mostly use the Kindle Fire for whispersync novels just because it's easier.
