It's from the thread Rooting the Kobo after March 2 2012 Update.

Searching on ZergRush indicates that some vendors consider it a virus since it can grant Root access on Android devices... I leave it to the reader to decide whether a tool that is intended to grant Root access on Android should be considered a virus.
