My store (when I worked for B&N) had two spinners for manga and about 45 linear feet of shelf space. About another 30 l.f. for graphic novels topped with 3 "waterfall fixtures" to feature titles. Plus about 10-15 monthly titles up on the magazine racks. No comic book shop by any means, but not too bad.

Each store's inventory will vary, of course.

What would be nice is for them to not only increase their in-store inventory and display space, but to diversify it. They are very heavily into the Big 2.
