V4.0.4:

Add a check box specifying a "simple search" that is much faster than the scan search because it does not support column prefixes, quotes, identical match searches, parenthesis, and AND/OR/NOT operators. A simple search looks only in titles (title_sort in CC base), authors, series, and tags.
Small changes in preparation for requesting production status from Amazon Cloud Drive

My goal is to release CC w/cloud support to production once Amazon decides whether or not CC can connect to Amazon Cloud Drive. Dropbox, Microsoft, and Box are all already in production status.

Of course achieving this goal depends on no one finding serious problems during the rest of the beta cycle.
