Have you tried any of their books? I got the impression from
their website that they troll the internet for content, roll it into a book (programmatically?) and then use an editor/photographer (or maybe steal/license that content, too?) to publish their very large catalog.
I haven't purchased any of their books, though, to be able to comment on the quality of what is there (recipe- or formatting-wise).
