Where I work, in some high security building, smartwatches are forbidden in certain rooms. I think that this is due to :
- the novelty of them,
- the fact that some of them have a built-in microphone,
- the fact that they "talk" in bluetooth with phones nearby...
Thus, so far, I try avoiding going into that building when I wear my watch...
