Cary Grant was at his cinematic pinnacle (1940's) before most of us were born and almost certainly before any of us reached adulthood. Maybe there is someone among us, however, who has watched his movies or for some other reason has an interest in the man. At any rate, this was a hard book
not to post given its high ratings and big markdown.
I was told one time that I looked like Cary Grant. Yeah. Then, I awoke from my dream. ha.

Book Description
His signature jaw line and charismatic characters made him an American symbol. His films, including Bringing Up Baby, The Philadelphia Story,
and North by Northwest
, were timeless classics. However, Grant was also married five times and sustained a tortured, obsessive relationship with money. In this beautifully illustrated and comprehensive book, Geoffrey Wansell traces the threads of both light and darkness in one of Holly-wood’s greatest stars. As his friend and co-star Deborah Kerr wrote, he was “one of the most outstanding personalities in the history of the cinema.”
