The publisher through Smashwords didn't restrict the availability of the Omnibus to the US. I've never heard of that publisher before. They don't have anything published except through Smashwords.

At this point I think it's up to you to demonstrate that they're legitimate. I think they are pirates, certainly on the balance of probabilities, and very nearly beyond reasonable doubt.
