It's epub.

And I don't see any ToC, either at the beginning, the end or at the <-> icon. It's simply gone.

I'm really not sure about what to do. I could do the ToC manually but that would be a lot of work, it would just be easier to have all the books separately. But that is not exactly a fix for the problem...
