@nqk & @Terisa de morgan: I am quite sure that finally I found the real problem, an unfortunate interaction between the web tools and the APK packaging tools. I made an APK (V4.0.0d) that should work. I will email it to you and make a general release once I get confirmation.

Thank you for your help. I wouldn't have found the problem otherwise.
