Thank you guys for the replies! So I tried a fresh installation and added the Koreader folder into the .adds folder instead of .kobo. In the Kobo start menu I see Koreader and I click it and it sends me to the page which reads at the top File Manager underneath it has:
../ 3 items

kbmenupngs/ 4 items

I tried to tap any one of them and nothing happens except for a pop up box that Copy, cut, Delete, paste(which is not as dark font as the others) and Set as HOME directory Now i don't know what to do because I can't even get out of this page and clicking anything on the page does nothing.

PS I did try to change the Abs as suggested, but when I got to KSM and I try to open Koreader nothing happens it just flashes.
