The latest in the ongoing saga of the the non working 75% code: I contacted Customer Support to see why it would not work, and after several emails back and forth (including screenshots of the error message and of the email confirmation, info regarding the specific book, etc.), I got an email this morning telling me that they could do nothing about the code because it was expired. This even though they originally told me that they could get the code to work (although I could not).

I am annoyed. I first tried to use the code on what would have been the last day of the contest and contacted Kobo the next day, so I've written back and asked when these codes expire. If I get an answer, I'll post it.
