According to the debug log Box is saying "I can't read the folders", in this case the children of the root. As far as I can tell this is not the same as "there are no child folders". I have no idea why it is telling me that. Hmmm.. is it a shared folder owned by someone else? That might require some special processing.
I have added more debug output to CC that will appear in the next beta, whenever that is. Perhaps that will help me find the problem.
Another thing that would help but is a big leap of trust for you: giving me your credentials. If you are willing then I suggest you change your password, give me your credentials with the new password, then change it back as soon as I tell you I have tried and (failed | succeeded) in finding the problem. I understand if you don't want to do this. I wouldn't do it if I were you and if I had anything in Box other than my library, and even if it was only my library I would need to think long and hard about it.
