@tredelijkheid - a .COV file is most commonly a Microsoft Fax Cover Sheet. But file extensions are not 'controlled', so different software packages will often use the same extension for quite different purposes.

Maybe the .cov files are renamed .png files

Have you asked the Icarus manufacturer what their .COV files are.
