You know, I never even knew that feature was there! I always go to the book's TOC, I didn't know Kobo also built in its own little TOC, which I think is only accessible from the slider at the bottom to change pages or chapters. And it seemed to work correctly in the book I'm currently reading.
Although I'm not actually sure how useful it is to have there, unless you've forgotten what Chapter you're on and need to know?
