Turn off Title Editing on Main UI Page?
I have a huge library on a NAS (yes I know unsupported..but it works) which means that when I edit something it can take several minutes to save. I am constantly accidently clicking on a title on the main page and Calibre decides I want to edit it which results in a delay of a minute or several. Very very annoying.

Any way to disable the click-to-edit part of the main UI?
