You have to call Travelzoo if you're already an Audible member; tubemonkey gave the phone number: 1-877-665-0000. But it says Monday to Friday, and a limited number of free credits, so they may be gone.
They asked for my name and e-mail address, and in a couple of hours sent me a code for the credit. I haven't tried to apply it yet to my Audible account, though.
