Hmmm... Class 10 cards are optimized for reading/writing large blocks of data needed for video recording and large pixel count still images. For your Kobo, the small block read/write performance is likely to be the more critical factor. Do a search on "sd card speed test small block" for more information on this. Personally, I test all new to me SD/uSD cards with CrystalDiskMark just to give me an idea of what the actual performance will be.
