Recent Changes:

Fix for yet another OPF schema variant
Subject fields are now handled according to XML specifications
If cover file not set, the program now provides a list of PNG files not just JPEG files
Added batch task: swap Title and Creator
Apply Title Case button now does not capitalise certain words (hold down SHIFT to capitalise all words). Note that the list of words not to capitalise is editable.
Fixes for text that did not appear in some dialogs if system text colour was white.
