The Kindle app doesn't have TTS per se, but it does work with Android's Talkback accessibility feature. It can be a bit of a pain to work with, but does work (or did when I tried it about a year ago).

EDIT: Just tried it out and Talkback still works. Not quite the same as regular TTS, but it might work for you.
