Free (nook/Kindle/iTunes/DRM-free) Addicted to Busy [Xtian De-Stressing Life Advice]

Addicted to Busy: Recovery for the Rushed Soul by Brady Boyd is his inspirational lifestyle advice guide to slowing down and easing out of the rat-race and relaxing with your buddy Christ (though probably not in the form of actual Buddy Christ™ (Wikipedia)), free courtesy of Christian publisher David C. Cook.

Currently free, probably just for the next day or so @ B&N (also UK), Amazon (available to Canadians & in the UK), iTunes & Google Play (both available to Canadians), and may also be free at other venues listed on the publisher's catalogue page, where you can watch the book trailer.

Normally this should also be free @ ChristianBook (DRM-Free ePub available to selected countries), and indeed did exist in the catalogue there up to a couple of days ago, according to Google cache, but right now the listing is MIA, though it might show up again in the morning if they fix this problem, which they've done with previous freebies. If not, it'll probably show up on a repeat cycle at some point.

Description
We are all spread too thin, taking on more than we can handle, trying to do so much—almost as if we are afraid that if we were to take a moment of rest, we might discover that all our busyness is covering up an essential lack in our lives.

But God never meant for us to be so busy. God desires for us to have rest and peace. Brady Boyd shows you how to live a life that embraces stillness and solitude, so you can find the peace that God wants for you.
