Sorry, but you want to do Surgery, you need to get you hands dirty.

Editor is the scalpel tool you will need.
Conversion tools are for tiny (repetitive: like Page x) fixes.

If you are lucky, the 'page' (epub do not really have pages. Sections is a more logical term), many publishers do build using file per section .

You just delete that section file and save. (note, the TOC may now need updates)

Easiest, is probably to go back to your source (word/ODT...) and use the tool you know.
