the first thing i want to say : before i posted in this thread i connect my pw2 to my pc serial port (connect rx and tx and gnd only!) !! and i didnt get anything but my pw2 is alive yet

but i have some problems and questions related to your responding:

1.i searched this forum about 7-9 days and i understand somethings and sometimes i got confused. one of them is 1v8 and 3v3 and 5v.
what is this voltage? is it for kindle or is it for power on the chip and adaptor?

2.For some reasons i cann't buy microFTX and ft230xq chip. i thinks i have two way:
make a usb2serial adaptor or buy a FTDI adaptor or buy a PL2303 USB UART BOARD ?
(in this time the easiest adaptor i can find is PL2303 - it works with 3.3 and 5 v)

3.can i buy or make any adaptor and then set its voltage with a 1v8 regulator?
0. You are lucky.
But if your not getting anything (reasonable) - how do you know the Kindle's serial port interface is still good?

1. It refers to the highest voltage used for the TX and RX signals.
It is just the common way to identify what the signal voltages are.

2. Strange.
What country are you located in?
(And what is your native language, maybe we have someone here that can answer your questions in your native language.)

Try:

or:

Note:
There have been posts here of people using both 3v3 and 5v0 (read 'v' as if it was '.') but I do not post recommendations that go against the manufacturers specifications.

3. Read my entire reply.
At the last I mention that the Wiki index section I told you to use included a link to a DIY level shifter.
