I got the freebies, plus my 3 free credit books (free trial credit, bonus credit for signing up with code, free credit for reviewing app) and got out. Their website sucks, search doesn't always work, can't download anything, selection is pretty poor (took me forever to find books I was looking for that they carried) and the app isn't great. Oh and while it's not horrible the quality of their MP3's could be better. Add to that the info CS gave me that if they removed a book from sale on the website it is also removed from user accounts (which if truly accurate is the only service like this that does that AFAIK) and I canceled as soon as I could.
If you couldn't tell I wasn't impressed.
