Also inspired by the NYT article from this thread, and the use of the word "fetishistic" to describe print book lovers:

Close-up of a bookworm holding a printed book close to his chest, caressing it lovingly.

Voiceover (very manly/gruff, but could also be woman/aggressive): "You want a fetish?"

Suddenly a whip snakes out and snaps the book from his hand. The camera pulls back to see a woman in full bondage gear, holding the whip, with the book now at her feet.

Voiceover: "Get yourself a real one! You want to read? Try this."

An e-book reader is thrust into the bookworm's hands. He looks a bit nervously at the book, but even more nervously at the dominatrix, and rushes off with the reader.

As the camera pulls back, the voiceover announces: "[e-book reader brand here]. It's a book... not a fetish!"
