I thought that was the case - that perhaps kobo has restricted things such that you can only use a coupon won in the Canadian contest with a Canadian account, etc. Except I've just tried using a coupon following this, and keep getting declined.

I thought that perhaps I could only use one coupon per login session, but that doesn't seem to work either.
