Dropbox just approved CC for "Production". I don't know what this means exactly, but I hope it means that your accesses won't be rate limited or otherwise slowed down.

As far as I can tell, neither Box nor OneDrive require an equivalent approval. Microsoft Cloud Drive does, but given that AFAIK we don't yet have any Cloud Drive users I haven't yet asked Microsoft them for such approval.
